House Rules

  • Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is at 15:00hrs, and check-out time is at 12:00hrs. Please inform us via Whatsaap or Mobile Phone if you need to make special arrangements.

  • Breakfast: Complimentary breakfast is served daily from 08:00hrs to 09:30hrs. Enjoy a swahili themed breakfast to start your day right.

  • Restaurant: Our on-site restaurant, [insert restaurant name], offers [insert cuisine type] cuisine for lunch and dinner. Explore a diverse menu of delicious dishes right at your doorstep.

  • Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours from 00:00hrs to 06:00hrs to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

  • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.

  • Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made. Additional fees may apply.

  • Visitors Policy: Non-registered guests are not allowed in the villa after quiet hours. Visitors must be registered with us via Whatsapp or Mobile Phone.

  • Lost or Damaged Items: The hotel is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items. Please use the in-room safe for valuables.

  • Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is provided. If you do not wish to be disturbed, please let us know ahead of time via our staff members or directly over Whatsapp or Mobile Phone.

  • Towels and Linens: Please help us conserve water by reusing towels when possible. Linen change will be done every day or upon request.

  • Parking: Complimentary parking is provided for registered guests.

  • Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Villa.

  • Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the emergency exit routes and procedures. In case of emergency, dial [insert emergency number].

  • Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Any disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.

  • Room Keys: Do not share your room key with others. Lost key must be reported to the staff or via Whatsapp or Mobile Phone.

  • Feedback: We value your feedback. Please share your comments or concerns with us Via whatsaap or mobile phone

  • Payment: Payment is required before Check in and can be paid online directly via Bank Transfer, Visa, Master Card or Mobile Money.

  • Refund Policy: Refunds for cancellations made 21 Days prior to the reservation date will be provided. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Environmental Conservation: Help us conserve energy by turning off lights and electronic devices when not in use.

  • Back up Power: We do not use a back up power system eg. generator. We do experience electrial outages but they typically dont last more than 2-3 hours. We have Solar lights accross the garden and integrated into the rooms and kitchen are portable magnetic lights which can be used in case of power outages.
