• **Full Refund**: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made within 48 hours of booking, and at least 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.-

•  **50% Refund**: If a cancellation is made 14 or more days before check-in, but outside the 48-hour booking window, a 50% refund will be issued for all nights reserved.

•  **Partial Refund (50%)**: Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before check-in will result in a 50% refund for all nights reserved.

•  **No Refund**: For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be issued, and the full amount for all nights booked will be retained.
